Commissions - Paint Me Naked
Any age and any shape - don't be shy, try it! The painting style is loose and impressionistic and is not meant to be exact copy of the photo - the camera can do this. Pictures are painted on high quality 300gm Rough watercolour paper normally to a size of 406mm x 305mm (12x16 inches). Pictures can either be supplied with a coloured mount or we can offer a complete framing service.
Costs. Single figure watercolour paintings are £100 and pencil or charcoal sketches are £75 including mount and Special Delivery postage to anywhere in the UK. For overseas customers the postage costs will be extra to the painting fee. Framing costs are normally between £30 and £40 depending on choice of moulding. Paintings in oil are from £100 depending on requirements. Special requests re size and framing can be discussed on an individual basis.
How does it work? Contact me via email with a good example of the figure or figures you want reproduced. If you have a problem with email then you can always send hard copies through the post. All photos will be returned to the owner.
Once we agree on a pose and costs I'll get to work. When a painting is finished (three to four weeks) I will mail you a digital scan for your approval. If you are happy with the result, you send me a cheque and I send you the drawings by return post. If you are not happy and do not wish to buy the drawing, I keep it with the right to show and sell it.
Privacy note: Any images that are supplied for the creation of nude portraits are never copied, shared, posted or distributed in any way. The finished artwork image is only ever posted with the written permission of both the client and the subject. Your email address and any contact details are never passed on to to any other individuals or organizations. Complete confidentiality is of the utmost importance. |
